We partner with Courier Guy to ensure timely and secure delivery across South Africa. Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Con-Tac is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Gift cards, final sale items, and any items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.
